Every month, Ochil View Housing Association staff donate to take part in a dress down day on the last Friday of the month, with local charities nominated to receive the funds raised. (read more)

New Legislation Brings Major Changes for Scottish Secure Tenants
Ochil View Housing Association is informing tenants of important changes to Scottish Secure Tenancies following new legislation introduced by the Scottish Government. The changes, brought forward through the Housing (Scotland) Act 2025, the Domestic Abuse (Protection) (Scotland) Act 2021, and the Repair (Scotland) Regulations 2026, will affect all Scottish Secure Tenants across Scotland.
