Following a successful tender exercise conducted in collaboration with SPA (Scottish Procurement Alliance) and Forth Housing Association, Ochil View Housing Association has appointed Consilium Contracting Services to deliver our reactive, voids and out of hours service.
We have written to all tenant's to advise on changes to telephone numbers - if you're paper free please check your emails and if you still receive letters this should arrive in the coming days.
This contract will start on Monday 2nd November 2026 and will run for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to continue for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and continued operational requirements.
We do have a small backlog of routine repairs that have been held and we will work with Consilium Contracting Services to complete these within the coming weeks, and we appreciate your patience with these.
We look forward to working in partnership to drive improvements to this service.
