We have a priority pass system that takes account of your need for a house. By law we must give priority for specific housing needs. We have rules to try to make our system work fairly, and we know that we won’t be able to help everyone who needs a home.

Ochil View also operate a Common Housing Register with Clackmannanshire Council, when you register with us, we will share your details with them, so you can apply to both Ochil View Housing Association and Clackmannanshire Council by only completing one registration form.
