Director of Property Services

Grahame Phillips
Property Services Officer (Reactive / Voids)

Grahame's role is to assist the Director of Property Services deliver an effective reactive and void maintenance service and supervise the day-to-day delivery of our repair's services.  Grahame oversees our reactive repairs contract.

Ashleigh Brown 
Property Services Officer (Reactive / Voids) 

Ashleigh's role is to assist the Director of Property Services deliver an effective reactive and void maintenance service and supervise the day-to-day delivery of our repair's services.  Ashleigh oversees our reactive repairs contract.

Andy MacKinnon 
Property Services Officer (Compliance) 

Andy's role is to assist the Director of Property Services deliver an effective gas maintenance service and ensure we remain legally compliant across a number of key service areas.  Andy oversees the compliance of the Association in relation to multiple contracts.

Vicki Brown 
Property Services Officer (Planned) 

Vicky's role is to assist the Director of Property Services deliver the Association's planned investment programmes.  Vicky oversees the planning of any investment contracts, and our medical adaptations programme.

Ailsa Sadowski 
Property Services Officer (Compliance) 

Ailsa's role is to assist the Director of Property Services deliver an effective service and ensure we remain legally compliant across a number of key service areas.   Ailsa oversees the compliance of the Association in relation to specific contracts.

Tara Hamilton 
Assistant Property Services Officer (Reactive / Voids) 

Tara is responsible for assisting with the delivery of the reactive, void and gas maintenance contracts, as well as other inspection and administrative duties within the Property Services Section.  Tara supports Grahame and Ashleigh in delivery of the reactive and void maintenance services.

Margaret Scott
Assistant Property Services Officer (Compliance / Planned)  

Margaret is responsible for overseeing our factoring service, estate inspections, medical adaptations and assisting with planned and cyclical projects.  Margaret supports Vicki in the overall delivery of these areas.

Leona Hens - Cert CIH
Property Services Assistant (Compliance / Planned)

Leona is responsible for dealing with a range of compliance and gas servicing enquiries as the first point of contact for the Association’s tenants, sharing owners and members of the public. Leona supports Andy in the overall delivery of our compliance and gas servicing responsibilities and general administrative support to both Vicki and Margaret.

Jillian Wilson
Property Services Assistant (Repairs)

Jillian is responsible for dealing with a range of maintenance enquiries as the first point of contact for repairs for the Association’s tenants, sharing owners and members of the public. Jillian supports Grahame, Ashleigh and Tara in providing the full range of repairs services.

Connor Hazlett
Property Services Assistant (Repairs)

Connor is responsible for dealing with a range of maintenance enquiries as the first point of contact for repairs for the Association’s tenants, sharing owners and members of the public. Connor supports Grahame, Ashleigh and Tara in providing the full range of repairs services.
