Finance & Corporate Services Staff Biographies
The Finance and Corporate Services Department is responsible for providing the main reception operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and all financial aspects of the Association’s business.
Anne Smith - MA, CA
Chief Executive
Following a period of covering the Chief Executive role on an interim basis, Anne was permanently appointed to the role as of October 2022.
Anne is a Chartered Accountant, with more than 25 years’ experience working in the private sector and, more recently, has held senior roles within the social housing sector in Scotland.
Sheila Traynor
Director of Finance & Corporate Services
Sheila was appointed to the role in November 2025 and as a section leader has full responsibility for all finance, administration, audit and other corporate services (excluding Health and Safety and Human Resources).
Sheila is a Chartered Accountant, with many years’ experience working in the charitable sector and has previously held finance roles within the social housing sector in Scotland.
Kate Oliver
Corporate Services Administrator
Kate is responsible for all matters associated with the corporate services function of the Association and for providing administrative support to both the Senior Management Team and the Board.
Heather Kennedy
Finance Officer
Heather's role role focusses on the preparation and management of the Association’s accounts and liaison with the Association’s external IT systems
Brook Saville
Assistant Finance Officer
Brook is responsible for ensuring that the Association’s day to day financial management operations are fulfilled.
Lori Ritchie
Assistant Finance Officer
Lorie is responsible for ensuring that the Association’s day to day financial management operations are fulfilled.
