Mutual Exchanges

Ochil View Housing Association does not currently operate a mutual exchange service for tenants in Clackmannanshire. However, we are actively reviewing our options and hope to introduce this service in the future.

In the meantime, Ochil View tenants who wish to exchange their home with a tenant of another social housing provider can contact us for advice by phoning or emailing us at  email a member of our Housing Services Team  where our team will be happy to assist you through the process. 

Once you have found someone to swap with you will have to complete our Mutual Exchange Application Form. A copy of the form and a guide on applying for a mutual exchange is available to download below.
