We have successfully completed our Community Project at Kippen Place.
To identify the necessary improvements for the area, we surveyed the tenants. The key issues highlighted were bulk/fly tipping and contaminated bins, which required our attention.
Thanks to our contractors, Property One and idverde, we provided residents with a one-time skip hire to help clean up the development. Additionally, we replaced individual bins with communal ones.
These changes have resulted in a noticeable improvement, and we hope they will contribute to keeping Kippen Place clean and tidy.
