If you’re an Ochil View tenant and have received your Universal Credit migration notice, you have 3 months to make your claim, before your current benefits stop. Please get in touch for assistance to make your claim. We have noticed some common errors when our tenants are completing the applications themselves, which is causing issues and delays to their claim and payment dates.
It is now illegal to own an XL bully type dog in Scotland without an exemption certificate. We understand the benefits of keeping a pet for many of our tenants and that the announcement of a ban may have been worrying for responsible owners of XL bully type dogs. We also understand that some of our tenants have safety concerns around XL bully type dogs. We will not withdraw consent to keep XL Bully type dogs provided that the dogs are registered and an exemption certificate is provided.
