Customer Services Assistant (Full Time, 35 hours) EVH Grade 3 (£24,545 - £25,933 pa)

Ochil View Housing Association Ltd. is an ambitious social landlord committed to providing good quality affordable housing and high standards of customer service to over 1455 households in Clackmannanshire and West Fife.

We wish to recruit to our Customer Services Team a suitably qualified, skilled, and enthusiastic individual for the following permanent post:

CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSISTANT (FULL TIME, 35 HOURS)

EVH Grade 3 (£24,545 - £25,933 pa)

• The Customer Services Assistant will report directly to the Tenant Engagement & Communication Officer for all matters associated with frontline customer services.
• To be first point of contact for all customer enquiries to the Association.
• To assist all Departments of the Association with the delivery of an effective administration service.
• To contribute to achieving the targets and performance measures set for the Association in relation to Customer Service and the post.
