Your feedback on all aspects of our repairs service is very important to us and will help improve the way we deliver futures services to you.
If you have had a repair carried out or a major improvement to your home, you will be sent a freepost card asking you what you thought of our service. Please answer these questions as honestly as you can and return the cards to us.
If you’ve given some negative feedback about our service on the card you returned to us then we will call you to discuss this and what we can do to improve on the points you mention.
If you’ve used our out-of-office hour’s emergency repairs service, then we will call you to get your views on this service too.
All cards received into the office will be entered into a quarterly prize draw, with £100 going to the winner.
