Resident Satisfaction Survey 2025 Consultant's Brief & Associated Appendices

Ochil View Housing Association are seeking to commission an independent survey of its customers to measure their satisfaction with their homes and associated services provided. The Association carries out a wide range of activities and considers that the quality of service to these customers is of fundamental importance in meeting its Corporate Objectives and in complying with the Scottish Social Housing Charter. The survey will provide important customer feedback to the Association on key issues linked to the future planning and strategic and operational direction of the Association.

Ochil View looks forward to receiving submissions from interested consultants who have the necessary skills, expertise, resources and proven track record in delivery of this area.

Deadline is 5pm on Wednesday 13th August 2025 and submissions should be sent to procurement@ochilviewha.co.uk
