Finance & Corporate Services Staff Biographies

The Finance and Corporate Services Department is responsible for providing the main reception operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and all financial aspects of the Association’s business.  

George Tainsh - Director

George joined the Association in 1991 from Scottish Homes.  He is the founder staff member of Ochil View and is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Association.  Prior to this he worked for Clydesdale Housing Association and Hillcrest Housing Association.

Fiona M Nicholl ACMA - Finance & Corporate Services Manager / Depute Director

Fiona joined the Association in 1998 from an established housing association finance consultancy firm. Prior to this she worked as a management accountant with Scottish Homes.
Fiona has overall responsibility for the finances and corporate aspects of the business.

 

Neil Harrison - Finance Officer

Neil joined the Association in 1998 from Langstane Housing Association in Aberdeen.
Neil is responsible for the day to day operations of the Finance Department.

 

Heather Kennedy – Assistant Finance Officer

Heather joined Ochil View in 1999 from an accountants firm. Heather is responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and rent accounting.

Janie Taylor – Assistant Finance Officer

Janie joined Ochil View in 2000 from Patons in Alloa. Janie is responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and rent accounting.

 

Kate Oliver – Office Administrator

Kate joined Ochil View in 2009 from the Raploch Urban Regeneration Company and has over 25 years experience of office administration and procedures.  She oversees the smooth running of all aspects of the office environment.

 

Leona Hens – Receptionist

Leona joined Ochil View in 2009 and is responsible for providing the important front line services within our reception area. 

 

Susan Bell - Receptionist

Susan joined Ochil View in 2003 from the estate agents Clyde Properties and is responsible for providing the important front line services within our reception area.

Lorraine Anderson - Receptionist

Lorraine joined Ochil View in August 2011 from Prudential and is responsible for providing the important front line services within our reception area.
