Your responsibilities

Your tenancy with Ochil View Housing Association is a Scottish Secure Tenancy.  As a Scottish Secure tenant you have responsibilities and you must:

• Pay your rent in full and on time
• Report any repairs promptly to us
• If you have a garden, you must keep it tidy
• If you share responsibility with neighbours for shared areas like drying greens and stairways, you must keep these neat and tidy
• Live in the house as your only or main home
• Avoid disturbing your neighbours with noise and never act in an anti-social way towards any person in the neighbourhood
• Get our written permission before your keep any pets and keep them under control
• Not overcrowd the house
• Get our permission before you make any changes or alterations to your home
• Not allow anyone else to live in the house without our permission and not pass the property on to anyone else
• Give us 28 days notice before you move out
• Put all waste in bins provided and return bins to their store after they are emptied
