The Finance and Corporate Services Department is responsible for providing the main reception operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and all financial aspects of the Association’s business.

Anne Smith - MA, CA
Chief Executive

Following a period of covering the Chief Executive role on an interim basis, Anne was permanently appointed to the role as of October 2022.

Anne is a Chartered Accountant, with more than 25 years’ experience working in the private sector and, more recently, has held senior roles within the social housing sector in Scotland.

Stephen Wilson
Director of Finance & Corporate Services

Stephen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He brings more than 35 years’ experience having worked in the private and public sector. More recently, his experience has been in the not for profit/charitable sector.

Neil Harrison
Finance Officer

Neil’s role focusses on the preparation and management of the Association’s accounts and liaison with the Association’s external IT systems service provider.
