Development Programme

Ochil View’s development programme for 2011-2012 is smaller than that in recent years due to the reduction in Government funding.  However £3.6M will nevertheless be spend during the year.  Some has already been used to complete developments in Main Street Cambus and Acorn Drive,Tullibody.  The remainder will fund 24 units at Todd’s Yard in Sauchie and 20 units at Greygoran, Sauchie.  We expect Greygoran to complete in Spring 2012.  Todds Yard is delayed and is unlikely to complete before May 2012.
