We wish to recruit a suitably qualified, skilled, and enthusiastic individual for the following post:



EVH Grade 7 (£36,860 - £40,475 pa) plus Car User’s Allowance £1,549 pa

The hours for this fixed term post will amount to 35 hours per week working Monday to Friday 

  • Responsible for delivery of a generic property management service with responsibility for a range of Property Management Services within a defined area of operation and assist with other areas as required;
  • To deliver an effective reactive, gas and void maintenance service to the Association’s tenants, sharing owners and owners of factored property;
  • To contribute to achieving the targets and performance measures set for the Association, the Property Services department and the post;
  • To contribute to establishing, operating and reviewing the policies and procedures of the Association that are relevant to the delivery of Property Services, particularly customer services, repairs and void management;
  • To promote resident participation and community involvement.

The post is designated as an essential car user and a driving licence and access to a vehicle are required
