Update on Repairs Contractor

Following a successful tender exercise, the Association has appointed Property One Ltd to carry out all reactive repairs and our out of hour service effective from Monday 14th July 2025, you will have received notification of this via email if you are paper free or a hard copy letter in the post.
 
Just as a reminder for any repairs or general repair enquiries during office hours you can continue to contact our office on 01259 722899 and select option 2 for repairs.
 
You can contact Property One on 0141 611 1922 to report non-gas emergency repairs out with our normal office opening times (e.g. Monday to Thursday 5.00pm to 9.00am, Friday 3.00pm to 09:00am and at weekends).
 
Please note that there is effectively no change to the way you report any repairs as Property One have been working with us on a temporary basis since Friday 14th March 2025.
 
There will also be no change to the way you report any gas emergencies, and you should continue to contact City Technical Services directly on 0333 202 0708
