Your Responsibilities

Your tenancy with Ochil View Housing Association is called a Scottish Secure Tenancy. As a Scottish Secure tenant you have responsibilities and you must:

• live in the house and use it solely as your only or main home
• pay your rent on time
• keep the house and garden, if any, in good and tidy condition and take your turn in keeping the common parts in clean and tidy condition
• ensure you do not annoy your neighbours or harass or act in an antisocial way towards any person in the neighbourhood
• obtain written permission to keep any pets
• not overcrowd the house.
