Development & Property Services Staff Biographies

The Development and Property Services Department is responsible for building our new homes for rent and for sale, dealing with all types of repairs and maintenance issues, dealing with insurance etc.

Trish Baxter – Development & Property Services Manager

Trish has worked for Housing Associations since 1980 and worked for several London associations before returning to Scotland to work for Perthshire Housing Association.  She joined Ochil View Housing Association in 2004.

Ailsa Buchanan – Assistant Maintenance Officer

Ailsa has worked in a construction related field since shortly after leaving school beginning with Sir Robert McAlpine.  She joined Ochil View in 2009 where she has particular responsibility for the production of information and performance monitoring.

Angela Hughes – Administrative Assistant (Development & Property Services)

Angela worked for the Criminal Justice System prior to joining Ochil View Housing Association in 2009.  She obtained an NC in Office Skills and Business Administration at Falkirk College followed by an SVQ level 3 in Business Administration whilst working in a car maintenance company.  She handles calls and meets tenants who require repairs and assists with the administration of the maintenance service. 

Jacalyn Hammond - Administrative Assistant (Development & Property Services)

Jacalyn worked for a building contractor before joining Ochil View in September 2011.  With Angela, she handles calls and meets tenants who require repairs and she assists with the administration of the maintenance service.
