The Housing Services Department is responsible for letting houses, dealing with tenancy related issues such as anti-social behaviour, working with registered tenants organisations, managing rent arrears etc…. 

Graeme Wilson - Housing Services Manager

Graeme Wilson is Ochil View’s Housing Services Manager with over 25 years of experience in Housing Management.  Graeme aims to lead the Housing Services Team to deliver a high quality and efficient housing service.

His priorities over the next 12 months include preparing for the introduction of the Social Housing Charter, maximising income and finding new ways to enable tenants to express their views and opinions about the services Ochil View provides.

Linda McLaren - Assistant Housing Services Manager

Linda McLaren is the Assistant Housing Services Manager and has been working in housing for 26 years with 17 of those at Ochil View. Linda is responsible for the organisation and day-to-day supervision of the Housing Management Team.

Sandra Marshall - Housing Officer

Sandra Marshall is the Housing Officer for Lower Tullibody West (formerly Scottish Homes stock) and also for Baingle Crescent, Paterson Place, Newmills, Talisker, Old School Court, Chestnut Lane, and Acorn Drive in Tullibody and also for Main Street, Cambus and The Charrier in Menstrie. Sandra has 24 years’ experience in housing.

Sandra’s Anti-social Behaviour and Estate Management priorities include:

1. Encouraging individual tenants to keep their own garden areas tidy.
2. Encouraging residents to take care of communal and shared areas in their estates
3. Encouraging residents to report anti-social behaviour as soon as possible and also to report situations to the police as they are happening.

Marian Kelley - Housing Officer

Marian Kelley is the Housing Officer for Tillicoultry, Alva, Sauchie, and Dollar, the Delphwood area of Tullibody and for Bridge Terrace, Mill Road, and Bowhouse Gardens in Alloa.  She has worked in housing for 12 years. 

Marian’s Anti-social Behaviour and Estate Management priorities include:

1. Reducing anti-social behaviour in  Alloa and Sauchie
2. Regularly inspecting other areas.

Christine Clark - Housing Officer

Christine Clark is the Housing Officer for Hill Park, Paton Court, Earl of Mar Court and Colville Gardens in Alloa and the Banchory and Braes area of Tullibody.  She has worked in housing for 26 years.

Christine’s Anti-social Behaviour and Estate Management priorities include:

• Working with The Braes & Banchory Residents Association to improve gardens and reduce anti-social behaviour.

Linda Ure - Housing Officer

Linda Ure is the Housing Officer for Ochil View’s properties in West Fife, Millbank Crescent in Clackmannan and Ash Grove, Broad Street & Stripehead, Kirkgate, St. Mungo’s Wynd, Burleigh Way, Mar Street, Bank Street & Burgh Mews and Mercat Wynd in Alloa.  She has worked in housing for over 23 years.

Linda’s Anti-social Behaviour and Estate Management priorities include:

1. Carrying out estate inspections.
2. Inspection of closes and bin store areas, particularly at Old Mill Lane, Oakley and St. Mungo’s Wynd, Alloa.
3. Dog fouling in communal areas at Burleigh Way, Alloa.

Margaret Gallagher - Income Maximisation Officer

Margaret Gallagher is an Income Maximisation Officer and has nearly 20 years’ experience.  Ochil View’s Income maximisation service is free and confidential.
 
Margaret will provide advice, information and representation to you to help Ochil View’s tenants claim:

  • Housing and Council Tax Benefit
  • Disability Living allowance and Attendance allowance
  • Pension Credit
  • Income Support
  • Incapacity Benefit and Employment Support Allowance
  • Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit
  • Carers Allowance
  • Social fund Grants and Loans
  • General information/advice on fuel poverty issues, grants available and fuel tariffs
  • Accessing Specialised Money advice services

Margaret’s working hours are 10am to 3.30pm on Mondays to Thursdays and 10:00 until 1:00 on Fridays.

Adele Rae - Assistant Housing Officer

Adele Rae is the Assistant Housing Officer working with Sandra Marshall and Linda Ure.  Adele has worked at Ochil View since 1995.  If Sandra or Linda are not available, Adele will be pleased to deal with enquiries about your rent account, housing allocations, estate management and anti-social behaviour enquiries.

Hazel McLean - Assistant Housing Officer

Hazel McLean is the Assistant Housing Officer working with Marian Kelley and Christine Clark.  If Marian or Christine is not available, Hazel will be pleased to deal with enquiries about your rent account, housing allocations, estate management and anti-social behaviour enquiries.

Donna Phillips - Administrative Assistant (Housing)

Donna Phillips is the Administrative Assistant in the Housing Team. She is the main point of contact for enquiries about Homehunt, the Association’s Housing Allocations Service.
