Our Services

The Association has four separate service departments as follows:

Housing Services
deals with all matters concerned with individual tenancies including sharing owners and owner occupiers. Key activities include allocation of properties, tenant participation, rent management and neighbourhood issues.

Development & Property Services
deals with all development and maintenance issues. Key activities include new housing development, reactive maintenance, cyclical maintenance, major repairs and adaptations.

Finance & Corporate Services
deals with the principal organisational support issues of finance, administration and IT. Key activities include management and annual accounts, private finance, statutory returns, internal and external audit.

Care & Repair Services
deals with the repair issues of elderly and disabled owner occupiers and private tenants as managing agents for Clackmannanshire Care & Repair project. Key activities include a small repairs service, private sector grant works, advice and a trades referral service.
