How to Report a Repair

All repairs should be reported to Ochil View Housing Association's Repairs Office on 01259 723335, or at Ochil House, Marshill, Alloa, FK10 1AB - office hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, except Tuesdays when the office closes at 12:30 for staff training.

When the office is closed, the Association's contractors can be contacted for emergency repairs:

For all non-gas related repairs, contact Mowlem Technical Services on 0800 55 99 22.

For gas heating repairs contact The McDougall Group on 0800 975 1234.

An emergency repair could be a water leak, a WC cistern not flushing, a loss of power, a loss of central heating or hot water, etc. The Association aims to attend to all emergencies within 4 hours of them being reported. Non-emergency repairs are categorised by the Association as being either Urgent or Routine. Urgent repairs, (e.g., a faulty extractor fan or faulty close lighting) will be attended to, initially, within 24 hours of being reported while Routine repairs (e.g., adjusting of pass doors or internal plasterwork repairs) are completed within 10 working days (if specific materials are required then more time may be required).
