Our Responsibilites

We will provide you with the following:

Common Repairs
To instruct minor communal repairs up to the sum of £50 per house.
To instruct and oversee major communal repairs where approval has been obtained from the majority of owner occupiers.

Cyclical Repairs
To plan for, arrange and oversee a programme of cyclical planned maintenance of the common parts of the property.

Factoring Costs
To apportion costs for common repairs and issue accounts for these and /or other services half yearly or at such other intervals as agreed between the owners and the Association and to recover outstanding debts.

Property Inspections
To carry out external bi-monthly inspections of the property.
To provide other services such as landscape maintenance and close cleaning.

Estate Inspections
To carry out regular visits by the Housing Officers and Maintenance Inspectors in order to monitor the general appearance of the neighbourhood.

Consultation
Where major repairs or works are required, meetings will be arranged with proprietors as necessary to explain proposals and to organise the subsequent works.

Insurance
To insure the property at full rebuilding value.
