Corporate Planning

The key strategic document which articulates the Association's medium term plans is the Corporate Planning.

This covers a three year period and sets out the Association's aims, objectives and priorities covering all aspects of the Association.

It is intended as an internal management tool which monitors the success of the Association against predetermined performance indicators and its evaluation on a quarterly basis provides key management information on which to make important decisions.

It takes into account other key internal planning documents including the Association's Strategy & Development Funding Plan, Standard Delivery Plan and short, medium and long term financial projections.

It also takes cognisance of key partner plans and strategies including local authority Local Housing Strategies, Local Plans and Communities Scotland corporate plans and priorities.

In addition to the Corporate Planning, each department prepares annual departmental service plans outlining the key priorities and work plans on a departmental basis.
