Tenant News

Scottish Homes Contract to be set aside?
Ochil View is consulting with tenants in the Tullibody LSVT area (the former Scottish Homes’ properties) about a proposal to set aside the LSVT Agreement. This would mean that the Agreement would no longer apply. An Information Sheet has been sent to all affected tenants. Ochil View would like to hear from you by 22nd June 2010 if you have any views on this subject. Click here for more information.
New Lettings Initiative
From 2nd November 2009 Ochil View will be letting its houses in a new way. We will not operate a waiting list system. Instead we will be advertising our available properties each week in the Wee County News, on the www.homehunt.info website and in our office. You will then be able to apply for the property you think is right for you. To register for housing or to find out what properties are available this week, follow this link to www.homehunt.info For more information, contact the Homehunt helpline on 01259 727498
