How to Get Involved

Tenants are encouraged to get involved in a number of ways. These include taking part in a variety of formal participation structures as follows:

• individual Residents Associations or Groups
• involved Residents Group
• management Committee
• becoming a member and attending the Annual General Meeting.

In addition to formal structures the Association offers other ways in which tenants can influence the work of the Association and these include participating in the various consultation and feedback exercises in relation to specific services.

These include regular repairs satisfaction questionnaires and follow up phone calls and new build design questionnaires.
