The Association is regularly inspected under the Communities Scotland regulation and inspection process with the last inspection taking place in 2001 as part of the pilot programme testing the new regulatory procedures.

The results of this confirmed the Association's position as a solid "good" performing association with individual grades awarded as follows:

  • Excellent financial systems are in operation.
  • The Association successfully delivers homes of a high quality.
  • Overall the Association is commended for the work it has carried out to progress and support the sustainability agenda.
  • The Care and Repair service is delivered in an accountable manner and participants receive a quality service from the Association.

The above confirms the Association's corporate objective of continuous improvement
