Financial Statements

Ochil View Housing Association is required by law to prepare a summary of its financial performance at the end of each financial year. This summary is called the 'Annual Accounts' or 'Financial Statements'.

The financial summary and supporting notes to the accounts are audited by an external Chartered Accountant's firm to confirm that the figures show a 'true & fair' view of the financial affairs of the Association.

The Accounts are presented to the Management Committee of the Association who consider the results and finally approve and sign the accounts.
