Complaints Procedure
We aim to give a first class service. However, there may be times when you are unhappy with the service. We want you to let us know if this happens so we can try and put things right for you and learn from any mistakes we may have made.
Who Can Make a Complaint?
Anyone who receives or requests a service from Ochil View. This includes tenants, applicants for housing, owners or sharing owners or neighbours.
What Can You Complain About?
- if you feel we have been unfair, biased or prejudiced
- if a repair has not been carried out properly
- if you have asked for information or a service and have not received it
- if you feel that we have not been polite, fair or courteous towards you
- if you feel that we have not carried out our published policies and procedures
- if work on one of our building sites is causing you nuisance or disturbance.
We take all complaints seriously and will endeavour to respond within timescales stated within the Complaints Procedure.
