Applying for Shared Ownership
Shared ownership is aimed at people who wish to own their home but are not in a position to pay a full mortgage.
Priority will be given to people in housing need but anyone is entitled to register their interest by completing an application form. You can obtain a form by telephoning, e-mailing or calling in at our office.
You can also download an application form. Once completed and signed you should return it to our office.
You must however be able to obtain the appropriate mortgage finance and you will be required to consent to references being obtained from you bank, landlord or employer.
The Association does not always have shared ownership properties available but we will hold your details on a waiting list until a suitable property becomes available.
